Release 1.24 makes it easier to review incoming orders, correct extracted data,
and understand what happened to shipments that are missing information or have
been deleted.

Opening a deleted shipment now shows a clear deleted-shipment banner, so it is
obvious why editing and processing actions are disabled.
The overview can also show who last updated a shipment, making it easier to
follow up internally.
Order overview improvements
The order overview now gives operators more context without opening each shipment.Project email for empty projects
Empty projects now still show the project email address, so you can copy the address even before the first order arrives.
Missing mandatory fields in the overview
A new Missing mandatory column shows which shipments still need required information before they can be processed.
Deleted orders stay available for inspection
Deleted orders can be shown in the overview when you need to inspect them. Deleted rows are clearly marked and remain read-only.

Faster correction from source documents
Reviewing extracted data from emails, PDFs, and attachments is faster in this release.Add field values by selecting text
You can now click text in a PDF to add it directly to the selected field. Selecting text on PDFs has also been improved, so the source document highlights the exact word or area you are working with.Add contacts from emails and attachments
You can right-click an email address in the email body or attachment preview and add it directly as a contact for the linked customer.List fields can now be reordered, which helps keep multi-value information in the correct sequence.Smarter incoming order handling
Vectrix can now handle more incoming-order patterns automatically.- Emails that contain multiple transport orders can be split into separate orders before shipment extraction starts.
- Contacts can have routing and order-splitting rules, so recurring senders can be handled with customer-specific instructions.
- Spreadsheet-to-PDF conversion keeps more accurate source positions, which improves review highlights when the original document was a spreadsheet.
Better traceability and reliability
Several smaller improvements make reviews and support follow-up easier.- Self-learning rules now have stable rule IDs, and rules created from shipment feedback can show the source shipment ID.
- Multi-shipment orders now show clearer shipment sequence badges.
- Deleted shipments no longer expose processing actions or statistics that are not available for deleted data.
- This release also includes dependency and security updates for the web app and extraction services.
