Shipment review controls

The shipment detail screen shows the source document next to the extracted shipment fields. Use the PDF controls to inspect the source without leaving the review flow.

PDF viewing

The PDF toolbar includes page navigation, zoom, fit width, hand tool, and rotate controls.

Selecting source text

First select the target field so the document knows where the text should go. Then pick text from the PDF in whichever way is fastest:

• Hover a word to highlight just that single word under your cursor.
• Click the highlighted word to add it to the active field. Click more words to keep appending them.
• Drag a box around several words to add them all at once.

Picking text never lights up a whole region box — hovering only ever highlights the one word you are pointing at. Fields that already have extracted values keep a subtle underline in the document so you can still see where the data came from. When you save selected evidence, Vectrix updates evidence for the fields you selected. Evidence on other fields is preserved. Right-click the PDF for source-document actions such as download. When the order has a linked customer, project admins can right-click an email address in the PDF or email body and choose Add as contact to create a contact for that customer. Superadmin debugging actions may also appear in that menu.

Deleted shipments

Deleted shipments can still open in the shipment detail screen for inspection. A red Deleted shipment banner appears above the workspace, and the shipment breadcrumb shows a Deleted chip. Deleted shipments are read-only. You can review the source document, extracted fields, stops, and goods lines, but editing, sending, rejection, reprocessing, and text-selection updates are disabled.

List fields

List fields show one value while collapsed. Expand the field to edit each value separately, add or remove values, or drag a value by its handle to change the order. Reordering saves the list in the new order.

Goods lines

In the Goods section, you can add new goods lines while reviewing an accepted, editable shipment. Open the full goods details table to edit goods-line and item fields in columns, add lines or items, and remove incorrect rows. Numeric goods-line and item columns show totals in the table footer for the currently visible rows. Shipment filters and selected goods-line filters update those totals, so the footer reflects the same subset you are reviewing.
